These terms and conditions govern registration in the PCANIA Program and access to the resources offered by Cameleon Agence Web inc. ("Cameleon"). By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the conditions below.

1. Purpose

The PCANIA Program lets a participant register free of charge to receive personalized resources related to web marketing and development. Registration is free and carries no obligation to purchase.

2. Collection of personal information

When you register, Cameleon collects your email address and certain technical information (for example, campaign source parameters). This information is collected with your consent, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1, "Law 25") and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

By registering, you consent to receive electronic communications from Cameleon, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every communication includes an unsubscribe mechanism; you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then destroyed or anonymized. Cameleon applies reasonable security measures to protect it.

6. Access, rectification and withdrawal rights

You may, at any time, request access to your information, its rectification, or the withdrawal of your consent by contacting us. Withdrawing consent ends your participation in the program.
